Too much screen time

Kids are back to normal (as is J), as today’s photo demonstrates. I had a good morning, then felt nauseated all afternoon. No rest though, kids to look after, grants to write and new staff to support, all from the increasingly oppressive* confines of our house…

*not really, although I would REALLY like to be able to go for a walk.
