Trees? Grass? Ham sandwiches?

I just wonder what the board is advertising.
This is our local ‘farm shop’ alas a lot of the stuff in the greengrocer is anything but local.
The butcher is truly local and apart from the salmon the fish man sells fish from the North Sea landed in Grimsby the day that he sells it.
We are trying to do our bit.
