Clay!

Not the most interesting composition, but a record of the area that I dug today. It is very heavy and the most clay-rich area I have found so far on the plot.  Lots of organic matter needed.  The chickens enjoyed the spoils again. I tried to get a picture of the cockerel, but he keeps hiding among his much larger harem.
