Some of you who follow my journal regularly may remember me saying my birthday's often get stretched over a few weeks, sometimes even longer.

Well, today, I was totally surprised by my hosts D+E treating me to Let It Be and dinner at Smollensky's. What a fantastic evening. Great show and it just reminded me of how much I really do like The Beatles music. Couldn't help singing their songs as we left the theatre to walk back to the station.

AND the sun shone, and it nearly got up to 10degC so I could walk with my jacket unzipped, and I got to see that delightful group of musicians again in Covent Garden, and things looked so much better this morning. :)
