Back to The Binns

Today we packed a picnic lunch and headed across to The Binns. It has been one of those days when the weather changes every 30 minutes or so. We supped our soup and waited out one squall before venturing out round the grounds. Despite the weather, the snowdrops are now well out and the daffs will not be too far behind them. 
I also spotted a small vessel having a hard shift making its way upstream. Odd looking little thing though, not a clue what it’s proper purpose might be.
