Kookaburra

Kara has discovered ‘Bluey’ on CBeebies. It’s an Australia cartoon about a blue healer. It’s great! After today’s episode Kara spent the rest of the day saying ‘KOOKABURRA!’ I said I’d show her the noise the made. She thought that was great too.

This is the kookaburra we brought back from our visit to the Blue Mountains in NSW. Although, I was pleased to have an actual kookaburra blipped around the corner from where we lived in Perth.
