Beware of the bear!

After church this morning, we took the girls round Plean Country Park for a bit of exercise. They were both needing a big run around

We then went in to Sterling to choose the colour for my new bed base.

Realised I had overdone it today when I ground to a sudden halt in Sterling - still a bit fatigued following covid. Thankfully I wasn't driving, so got to close my eyes in the car in the way home.
