Here is Mount Rainier, half-hidden by sunset clouds, a surprising vista for today's blip.

I had my annual video visit with my sleep doctor, so I am set for another year of Medicare coverage for my apnea supplies.  Just now I got a call from Dr. Pineda, the vascular surgeon, who had consulted with some colleagues and decided that it would be safe to put the fistula in my left arm.  I haven't gotten a time yet, but it appears that the procedure will take place on Wednesday the 16th.  

We've had a sleepy day here, not much done except a lot of resting.  It's nice to do that for a change.
