Mexican Orange Blossom

Two days ago I trimmed this out of control bush and put a small piece in a vase in the kitchen.  Amazingly the flowers gradually opened.  
Apart from some very early morning rain the day has been sunny - very hot on the croquet lawns this afternoon.
