V sick water birds

As well as our oil spill, we have for the past 3 weeks had birds come in with botulism. It is a bacterial infection which is caused when oxygen levels in water drops. The birds end up with problems caused by neurotoxins. They can’t move so actually starve to death. Luckily we can intervene and save them. We have about 20 in care - we are only getting brought native birds. Mostly Scaups, Shovelers, and Paradise ducks.
