Bar-headed Geese

Today we took Lottie for her first ever ride on a train all the way to Arnside!  We had a cup of coffee and visited Knottman's special chocolate shop but we abandoned our planned walk along the front as it was a bit cold for Lottie.  We returned to Grange and had an excellent lunch at Hazlemere before walking through the Ornamental Gardens and back up the hill.  Lottie loved being surrounded by the Bar-headed Geese and the Gulls and did not seem at all intimidated by their enthusiasm (unlike her Dad!).
