An odd mix

B had a dental appointment this morning, so I decided to go in with him and do things. A good opportunity to have a wander round on my own to see what’s happening, which shops are open or have closed. 

I checked out a coffee shop which one of my sewing friends was talking about and as I turned to return to the High St I noticed this strange assortment of buildings ahead of me. I’ve never noticed the upper stories which are beautiful, in contrast to the random styles of shop fronts. I don’t know how the planners allow them to do this. I would love to see inside the upper floors!! 

When B had finished his appointment we did some food shopping and looked for a new kitchen tap. This all took time and resulted in me achieving the highest scores ever on my activity watch and being absolutely wiped out. A sleep was required when we got home.
