Chippy Tea

A beautiful rainbow trout caught on a Klinkhåmer Special dry fly at Kilnsey Park fishery in Wharfedale today on a cold and very windy February day. Everyone wont like the food ethics sorry, but it was treated with respect, dispatched instantly, then eaten for tea tonight (fillets fried in bacon butter with chips mushy peas & steamed broccoli).
