Over the hedge!!

I took this while having a sneaky walk up the last sharp incline on a 10 mile run! It comes just before mile 9 and if it’s an easy endurance run, as it was today, I walk it!!

Walk breaks while running always give an opportunity to admire the scenery and today was no different!!

After my run it was home to mark and sort out the problem of a broken washing machine, with 5 sporty people in one house we need our machine!! Luckily it’s all sorted now with the new one currently being out too work! The old one was about 10 years old so had a great innings!

I’ve fit in a strength training session and a lovely stretch along with a soak in the bath!! Now time to relax and watch the apprentice and read a bit of Harry Potter!
