Scenes

Never mind the new street furniture, there was much excitement around last year's magpie nest - it's being systematically destroyed, from the roof downwards. I did think it was the crows destroying it just for the hell of it, but D has now identified the start of a possible new magpie nest, in the next tree but lower down. Anyway, at this point the crow couple were seriously harrassing the magpie couple (biting tail feathers, etc), until suddenly another pair (of crows) arrived and all the crows flew away together. Lousily lit photo, I'm afraid - although I upped the contrast, it's still quite hard to make out both pairs. But corvids, eh?

Another session in the studio this evening - hard work, but oh so much preferable to tutorials in Adobe Connect!!
