Bird On a Stick 2

A pair of Blue Jays visits our tray feeder regularly. One will fly down, grab something delicious then fly back up into the tree to eat it. Then the other one will follow suite. They very seldom land on the feeder in tandem and they don't seem enamored by the BarkButter like so many other birds. When we lived in Miami, the Blue Jays would come every morning in large groups loudly demanding raw peanuts. There would sometimes be 10+ Jays flying everywhere and harassing the smaller birds. The Blue Jays here in Gainesville are more 'dignified' and they even sound different than the  ones in South Florida! 
A group of Blue Jays is called a 'Party' or 'Band'. Anyone who has experienced a large number of them at one time will certainly appreciate those names!
