Meditation

Lovely to have a night in my own bed and sleep like a log.

The wind has dropped and there was even sunshine between hail showers. Managed a catch up with a friend before walking Sigyn.

Then back to Stromness and a lovely long ride out on Red which acts as very good meditation time.

Home to find Gorgeous... So I kicked him out to go get fish suppers :)
