Humphrey Head

After a chilly 5.4°C swim and breakfast at Harrys Bar we went to explore Humphrey Head. With the tide out we could get to the end via the beach and come back over the Head.  In a  few places the sand/ mud turned into thick custard but luckily one of the swimmers is a coastguard rescue volunteer and she knows how to get you out of the mud if you get stuck.
