Senor Gopher

Mr. Gopher Tortoise finally showed up!

After our friends left it was time for one last bike ride.  We rode to a shopping center and picked up a couple of gifts,  then I rode home while Al added to his mileage.

On his way, he saw the elusive Gopher and was able to get up close for a photo op before the tortoise headed into the woods. 

This afternoon we are packing up and consolidating everything for our next two stops....one is still tropical but the other is in the snow belt...so we have to be prepared for everything. 

It's been such a fantastic trip so far and we've made such great memories that I can't believe we aren't even heading straight home yet!!!
