Goodbye Jen

Our lovely admin assistant, Jen left work today. She is so well loved by staff and clients alike and we will miss her terribly. The cake, in extras, is one of Chandra's specials. Chandra is from Thailand and had never made a cake before she came to Scotland. I think she'll make the GB Bake off before too long!
