Frosty

Very chilly but sunny walk to the Hydro today. Swim only as I had an appointment to get my hair cut late morning. Home for lunch and then lots of cooking. Son no 1 and his girlfriend are visiting this weekend so trying to prepare food in advance. Out for a chilly Sware walk with Carole late afternoon. Relaxing by the fire tonight.
