In the Woods

THURSDAY

I went out for a 6 km run through North Dean Woods and up to the edge of Norland Moor and then home for breakfast. Temperatures were hovering above freezing and there was a strong breeze.

I spent the rest of the day sorting through papers, scanning and shredding.
