Meeting Monster

Next week I’m giving a talk at our work Mental Wellbeing group about sketching, and how doodling during meetings can actually increase recall.

The plan is to draw something while presenting (with examples of work notepad doodles, and more considered ‘art’ of mine) explaining how it puts my mind at rest, but also proving that doodling in meetings does not mean you aren’t paying attention.

Tested myself in a meeting today, sketching for 15 mins or so during it, while still being able to be involved.
