Sunshine and a high of +8 C for today and I did not have to work. I headed out on a road trip. One of the greenhouse/flower shops in the Annapolis Valley had a new shipment of houseplants arrive this week, and I wanted to check them out so I left home at 8:30 am. I meandered my way thru the valley, stopping here and there for photos. This one was taken in Margaretsville, I spent many hours there while growing up. I lived in the valley and in the summer it can be about 10 degrees warmer in the valley than it is by the Bay of Fundy. On a hot afternoon we would head for the shore with a picnic supper.
BTW, I only bought 2 houseplants, even though there were 7 or 8 that I really liked.
