Bringing home the bread

My second ever attempt at bread from scratch - rye and caraway, with some nice Ardennes pate (courtesy of Sainsbury's).

Surprisingly good bread, and it even got the child's seal of approval.

I had no idea how much walloping careful kneading dough required...
