Blood donation day

According to Australian Red Cross Blood Service only 1in 30 people give blood, but 1in 3 people will need blood in their lifetime. So, last year I've decided to become a regular blood donor and today was my turn again. Minimum period between blood donations is 3 months. You go in , 5 min on the bed, and go out(After you have some refreshments for 10 min). Quick and easy.
