Grey Heron

The young one was nowhere to be seen this morning then she suddenly flew from the centre of the loch and landed halfway up the hill. I made my way towards her then she took off and flew right up the loch and disappeared behind the trees. I started back, not sure what was going on. When I got to the foot of the loch she appeared from the other side of the loch and landed at the drainage point. She must have flown all the way round the loch. I fed her and she ate everything. I have another very short  Video of her checking she has not missed anything after I had fed her.
