Sauce

Made cheese and spinach sauce today. There is usually enough over to freeze a couple of portions. They always vanish when my daughter visits.
A long time ago we had a Hungarian au-pair. She ate with us. A couple of years later she became a lodger for a year or so.
She then moved to Germany. 
A few years ago she contacted me on facebook to tell me that she was pregnant and had a deep craving for this sauce and required the recipe.
Her baby was healthy, and a few years on still seems so.
