Serenity

After a mostly peaceful night ( I woke once about 1.30 am  to hear the community alarm folk trying to get mums attention through the system. She’d set the alarm off in her sleep but didn’t hear a thing !) 
Then at lunch I met N and other friends on the bus and we went along to NB for a lunch - got a 25% off voucher in a local magazine. The beach was almost empty and very peaceful when we left to catch the bus back.
