Parkrun Day

Another slog at the hardest parkrun.. Needing to shed some pounds on.it next week. qlove my parkrun family.... 
A very upsetting day emptying our daughters flat, packing everything up ready for move back to our garage Wednesday.
We wait for the law to change and justice can be served.. 

So sad.. her 12 month tennacy finishes in 14 days.. she has onky.lived there for about 3 weeks in the 12.months due to hospital admissions where she remains in Durham since September. 

We realise that she will now be in.long term and a service user for a long time. We always find hope, Love and laughter In our day.
today was painful.. a dear friend helped us pack..
