Troglodytes troglodytes

My godmother J and twin sister to Auntie M, painted this plate in the early 70’s. I can remember seeing it hanging in my Grandparents hallway I was a teenager.
It’s found it’s way to North Devon from the midlands as I have.
Nipped out and back to dash around ParkRun this morning managed 20:37 and 10th place.
Back to strip and wash the bedding for auntie, chased down some paracetamol for auntie, did the weekly shopping, prepared a light lunch, remade bed with new flannelette sheets, watched a bit of rugby before cooking auntie’s favourite meal of Liver and bacon with onion gravy, carrots and mashed potatoes.
