Clarity required

Quite the 24 hours. Having had our business Instagram account hacked (it’s very clever how they did it) I now know quite a lot about what you have to do to get it back…you can deal with the hacker directly through WhatsApp (he’s Turkish but lives in Portugal but doesn’t have residency there!) and pay in Bitcoin to have your account returned or don’t pay and have it deleted. Or you can hope that because you have a Business Account with Facebook this will mean that the Advertising Team (not the customer service or cyber security team as they don’t seem to exist) will ‘value’ you and will do their best to return it so they can continue to sell you advertising revenue. We are still waiting…
