Street Food

This lady is popping something. It looks like barley but I'm not sure that barley pops. I think she also pops rice. Her setup is fairly simple. She puts the ingredients into the pressurised tank and then lights the fire. Once the stuff is ready, she pops the tank and the stuff goes into the long tube you can see on the left. There is a huge bang when the tank is popped. I have been caught by surprise a few times by the sound as I have been walking down the street. There's another guy who does this on the street near where I live. I'll try to get a picture of the popping.
