Travelling North
We’re in Morpeth tonight, on the banks of the Hunter River. Yesterday we drove 375 km from Pambula to Wollongong. The last hour or so was not nice, with heavy rain and mist on the roads. And our overnight motel was disappointing. But this morning the clouds cleared and we discovered the wonderful Wollongong Botanic Garden - photo. And then spent the afternoon in the delightful historic town of Morpeth.
My title today comes from the film of the same name, starring Leo McKern and from the play by David Williamson.
