And none for me

My dearest spent the afternoon making pancakes for her Church Guild meeting tonight and home bakes were the order of the day.

All nicely buttered and laid out with a jar of homemade strawberry jam (not made by my dearest though) but not single one was for me. I will now hunt down the odd shaped ones that did not make it into the tin and have them with my late tea. That is if they have not been consumed already.

Stomach now starting to rumble just thinking about it. How can a picture make you feel so hungry. Also having deconstructed shepherds pie tonight with potatoes or mince and tatties as it is known round here.

i think my dearest has been watching to much Master Chef.
