I took Mr Raffles for a walk over to the North Plaza. Everything was quiet over there and not only because the weather was so dismal.

A year ago, the weather was warm and sunny for St Valentine’s Day, the place was buzzing and these heart-shaped lovelock frames were crowded with romantic messages. This was the best I could find today.
