Baking with Grandad

We took charge of Euan this morning so that his Mummy and Daddy could have a lie in, especially as they are both under the weather.  After breakfast we set off to the park ahead of the forecast bad weather and managed a good hour or so before it became too cold.

Back at the house Daddy and I played a throwing game with Euan whilst Grandad went shopping for baking ingredients, then it was lunch and nap time.

After nap Euan was ready to go again and Grandad was all set up for baking chocolate buns so they had a great time whilst I prepared the veg for dinner and whisked up the yorkshire puds.  It was a horrible day out so there were jigsaws to do and jumping on stepping stones across the big blue river (a blanket) and learning how to make the new police car zoom, and maybe a couple of Mister Tumbles in there when everyone needed down time.
