Il Tractoro, Fiori
The Gibberd Garden was open today for the snowdrops and hellebores. Ollie dog and I went as it's a nice walk but I'm not that keen on the garden, with all its roughly-made concrete hard landscaping, or most of its sculptures. I've photographed a snowdrop in front of one that I abhor, Il Tractoro by Gabriel Underwood.
The white flower in the middle at the top is a Russian snowdrop - very topical. Puschkinia scilloides is related to our indigenous spring squill. Top right is a beautiful Iris reticulata and on the left is a hellebore.
