Today I went to one of the Theatres that I work at, not to work I might add, but to see a show!

Over the Easter holidays we have a Festival of theatre, dance and puppetry programmed for children and their grown ups.

There were lots of children there today.

Lots and lots
and lots and lots and
lots!

Some of them were mistaken for monkeys and butterflies though after they'd had their faces painted!

The building is decked with bunting and there are bright, colourful balloons with curly ribbons everywhere.

Overhearing the children chatter about what's going on in the show, whilst it's actually happening in front of you, is half the fun.
