It's my husband's birthday today. Still in his 50s!

He dressed as Zorro for yesterday's walk. They were all dressed as Mexicans and were featured on BBC Points West teatime news. They raised £4,000 &, even though the weather appalling, everyone had a fabulous day.

Jenny Eclair's performance was superb. Very funny. 

Thinking of Jenny got me through a bit of surgery this morning. Local anesthetic and a bit bloody but it's done and off my mind now. I'm working all the rest of this week so and taking it easy today. Bad planning but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
