Information Overload?

The fact that I live alongside MOD land is communicated to me by numerous boards giving information or hazard warnings to the general public.  Add in the road signs (this area is sometimes operates as a Test Track), "Private - No Entry" signs and the occasional "Lost Dog/Cat" poster to the mix and you could become overloaded with information. The sad thing is that most people (myself included) eventually fail to see them ... we have gone information blind!
