A labour of love

As is tradition the day before a birthday is spent in the kitchen making a cake, this for me means more than any presents I get the kids, it’s a true expression of love.

Theodore wanted a surprise this year but asked for chocolate and cookies and cream flavoured cake! He has five layers in total 2 chocolate and 3 cookies and cream. It’s sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and topped with white chocolate ganache. He has the Rotherham badge and shirts and it’s been made to look like a football in places!

Other than the candles it’s all homemade!! Proud of this one and can’t wait to see his face tomorrow!!
