Long stretch of clouds …

Such a lovely day! It’s ended up too hot though, still 26°C in the living room so I’ve left Missy to it, with good ventilation.

It started off with yoga at a friend’s house in Arrowtown; 4 of us. So funny doing ‘downward dog’ with her 2 dogs looking through the door windows. Extras.

This afternoon I just had to watch Zoi Sadowsky Synott be awarded an Olympic silver medal for her Big Air race. She’ll be coming home with a gold & a silver. What an achievement!

Later I set out with Missy, walking along Whitechapel to my daughter’s, finishing with us all having a very refreshing swim in the Arrow River!
