In comparison to yesterday's blip you can see the topmost sunspot group is quite a bit bigger. It has doubled in size over the last couple of days and is apparently posing a growing threat of Earth directed flares due to its unstable magnetic field. This would result in auroral displays and some electromagnetic disruption in higher latitudes.
