Memory Lane

So last night, instead of the gym, I parked up at L’s gymnastics 90 mins early and went for a run. I managed over 10km which is double what I normally do so was well chuffed….and well chaffed!

I ran around an area I grew up so was quite nostalgic. Tonight, I took H up and we went for a nice walk in the same area.

I passed this old factory. I worked here from 1989 to 1993 before leaving to go to college full time and the rest as they say is history!

Lots of memories of the area. There’s 3 or 4 factories there. We used to build videos. Remember them!

Nowadays they make AC units. Transformational change strategy at its finest!
