February rain

Today was friend H (my soul sister)’s birthday. I took a couple of hour’s break from work to meet her for coffee and a snack at a place in the market I’ve never been into. Lovely vibe, relaxed, nice service; a sour dough, pistachio, burnt Brie with figs kind of place. The choc and lime cake with margarita cream was a necessary indulgence!

These little crocuses are coming up in the garden and so today’s blip is sign of spring adorned with droplets of February rain!
