Lemon cookies

I made these today for Barry as a sweet treat while I'm away. I've had to do some back blipping as I've been so busy preparing for my travels that the days have whizzed by in a flash this week. I think I'm just about set now. I'm hoping to be able to catch up on other's blips on the train. I'm not sure there will be too many quiet moments while I'm away so my blips may just be photos and no words. Luckily mum has almost fully recovered and back to her normal self so I won't need to be quite so worried about her while I'm away. Her sister isn't so good and they are looking at getting her into a nursing home as she definitely needs more care now. She and my mum are the last two surviving of six siblings.
