I brought a colouring book and pencils into the hospital today . So after I had given Mum a shower and styled her hair we sat for an hour or so colouring. I played music on my phone is was really enjoyable.
Mum does not talk much now, so I’m trying to stimulate her mind and bring her out of herself.

Late afternoon I met Ana for a walk around the countryside near where we live. She’s been such a good friend to me over the last 25 years.
