Week 6 post surgery

Had my 6 week post op review yesterday and everything seems to be going ok so far. My foot is incredibly swollen, and the advanced physiotherapy practitioner prescribed exercises for me to improve my foot mobility. A further review in 6 weeks time and hopefully I’ll be good to get foot surgery on my next foot.

Note to self: at 6 weeks my foot is really swollen, aches a lot and difficult to walk short distances - it will get better
