Coddington

What a fab name for a village!

We had lunch today in the Grosvenor Arms outside Chester and on our return journey we stopped at St Mary’s Parish Church, Coddington, to see the snowdrops. They were absolutely beautiful and totally covered the small graveyard surrounding the church. Apparently when the snowdrops have finished, crocuses burst into flower to take their place.

We’re staying with friends in Chester and tomorrow move on to Suffolk to see pal and fellow blipper mrshb70. Racing ahead of the forecast stormy weather, I hope!
